The Museum of Children of Florence offers stories and guided tours in Italian, English and French for younger visitors.

Families with children 3 to 7 years old can book a special visit to the museum (in Italian, English or French) to hear, in the halls of the palace, the story of the turtle and the young Cosimo I de Medici.

An animation film made with visual techniques designed for children tell the story, conceived and written by the director of the Museum of Children Paola Pacetti, di Cosimo and turtle.

This is just the latest of opportunities offered by the Museum of Children, who since 2000 suggests many different meetings with Palazzo Vecchio and its history, studied carefully for age groups. Through the characters, stories and animations, young visitors can learn and have fun to be in the museum. Activities for children are designed and organized to meet their responsibilities, but the museum opens its doors to children of all ages, or to anyone else.
