It is a new event dedicated to culinary, cultural and biological differences in the global time; with wine, food, trends and ideas, professional equipment and techniques, food & kitchen design. The event will take place from 14 to 16 March 2009, at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence with Italian and foreign exhibitors. It is an event for members of the industries, tourism promotion, hotels and food services, but also for the general public who knows how enjoy in good food, and is always looking for originality and explicit quality. The event will be divided into several areas: an area for the exposure, the tasting and the purchase of the products with approximately the 150 companies participants, an area devoted to cooking equipment and related items in the extensive sense and an area dedicated to the Travel in the Diversities in the Alcatraz section, for curious gourmets created by Davide Paolini.
