Travel time is around one hour each way. On board it will be offered a taste of Moscadello wine and a taste of a Red Tuscan during the return trip.

It is unique experience traveling slowly by train through Tuscan country side, rolling hills and its beautiful landscape.

The train goes to Montalcino - The Wine Station - a unique and special ancient train station.
Besides being point of arrival and departure, at the Wine station you will have the chance to visit Wine circus, an experimental winery where you can see and learn about the entire process of fine-wine production. At the station you can find the didactic- carriage where you can taste some extraordinary wines, and the emporium-carriage where you can buy Tuscan delicacies.

The wine bar "Binario Zero" is also special area of the station. There is possible to choose among a wide variety of local fine wines available to taste in characteristic location where each Friday and Saturday night it is possible enjoy different kinds of live music.

If you want to go from Florence there is also option with The Tuscany Slow Train:
The Tuscany Slow Train will depart from the 27th of April until November the 30th, from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station at 8.10 am, track 2. The return trip will be by bus with arrival in Florence within 8.00 pm.
