Fondazione Studio Marangoni is the organization of local and international exhibitions, this time with the display of photos by the third year students in Florence.
Studio Marangoni exhibitions have ranged from studio and faculty shows to two biennial festivals held in exhibition spaces throughout the city. Studio Marangoni Foundation is an international non-profit center of contemporary photography based in Florence, Italy. It was founded in 1989 by the photographer Martino Marangoni whose original intention was to promote the art and education of photography in Italy.
In the last few years Studio Marangoni has been invited to curate shows at major photographic festivals and has organized a touring exhibition in the United States of the work of Luigi Ghirri.
Studio Marangoni offers a unique opportunity in Italy for advanced photographic education. Teaching methods include classroom study, tutorials and workshops, providing training in both commercial and fine art photography.
