Lucca Summer Festival 06-07-2008 to 27-07-2008
The Summer Festival of Lucca, series of open air concerts held inside of the historical center of Lucca in Piazza Napoleone and Piazza St. Martino.
The festival unite Italian and international stars, and this year program includes names such as:
Sheryl Crow, Alicia Keys, Erykah Badu and many more.
This festival has grown in popularity since its first edition in 1998 and now attracts big international names. During this festival there is also crossbow contest and Mediaeval costumes parades in honor of Saint Paulinus, July 12th, who is the patron of the city.
