A beautiful old farm estate extending 28 hectares, covered with vineyards, olive groves, orchards, grassy areas and woodland.
The farmhouse has been carefully divided into seven properties all of which are comfortably furnished to a high standard with a selection of antique rustic furniture and good modern kitchens. There are terracotta floors throughout and most rooms have beamed ceilings. One of the apartments is occupied by the owners and the other six are available for letting. Each property has its own entrance and space for outdoor eating. The estate is reached by a small country lane.
The farmhouse has been carefully restored to maintain many of its original features. The owners have created a lovely English garden with a variety of roses, clematises, herbs and shrubs. The garden is an ideal place in which to relax and for the more energetic there is a footpath leading through the estate for you to explore.
There is a good swimming pool in the garden (7m x 14m) from where you can enjoy superb views across the valley. Montespertoli, which is famous for its wine festivals and Tavarnelle are nearby and offer good shopping facilities and a variety of restaurants.
For your accommodation we offer independent apartments for sleep 2 - 8 persons, alternatively in rooms in B&B. Groups are also welcome.
Lavanda Room (for request dinners) – whose sole purpose is to let our guests know of our dishes, cooked according to local traditional Tuscan cuisine and with good Tuscan wine.
For us dinnertime is not only a moment in which to offer our guests our typical cuisine but also an occasion to get to know each other better, exchange opinions in front of tasty typical dishes expertly cooked by owner helped by other housewives.
This is a good value, family-friendly accommodation. Half-way between Siena and Florence, this ancient farm has been transformed into a vacation spot that is notable for beautiful views, sunny pool and extensive property for rambling. There is a large room on the premises: it is possible to request dinners or breakfasts on site at an extra charge. The breakfast buffet offers: coffee, cappuccino, tea, orange juice, bread, croissants, butter, jam, ham and cheese.

The ancient celebration will be held in the small medieval village of Montisi. It is a festivity with music, theatre and cultural and historic medieval activities.
On Saturday on 17 May, it is possible to visit some on the Florence museums for free during the evening.
Rooms
The accommodation is all on the first floor. Shared staircase with Fiordaliso which leads from the terrace up to own entrance into a beautiful dining kitchen with dining table, two sinks, 5 gas rings, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and an easy chair. A door from the kitchen leads through a small hallway to a double bedroom. Good modern bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and wc. Spiral staircase leads up from the hallway to a lovely open galleried twin bedroom which is above and looking down on the double room below.
1 living-/dining room with kitchen corner and open fireplace, 1 double bedroom with 1 King Beds and 1 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in a mezzanine floor which is open towards the corridor (no door), 1 bathroom with basin, toilet, bidet and shower. Apartment have terrace with garden furniture, private barbecue and beautiful view.
The entrance of the apartment opens to a large kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, all necessary cookware, tableware and utensils for the whole group. To the left of the kitchen is a short hallway with the access to the 4 bedrooms. There is 3 bedroom with a king bed and 1 twin bedroom.
There are two bathrooms; one is brand new with terracotta tiles and a shower. The other bathroom is a little smaller and includes a shower. The access of the apartment is in the reception.
Small multi - floor house with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower on the first floor, two single beds, living-room , large kitchen with fire place on the ground floor. Apartment have terrace in with table and chairs.
Please note that the mezzanine floor is open towards the corridor (no door, room is 1.60 m high and to be reached by a narrow, iron spiral staircase). Therefore it is especially suitable for a child, although the bed has a normal length.
This small house is to the rear of the farmhouse with good views to the garden, pool and surrounding hills. It is accessed from its own large terrace. The accommodation is on two floors. There is entrance into sitting/dining room with sofa bed, dining table, and fireplace. An arch leads through into an open kitchen with large stone sink, fridge/freezer, and hob with 4 gas rings, small electric oven and dishwasher. Service bathroom with basin and wc. A wide terracotta staircase leads from the kitchen up to one double bedroom and a further twin. Good bathroom with shower basin, bidet and wc. Good views from all the windows.
This ground floor apartment takes up the whole of one side of the farmhouse and has a large covered terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful views. There is entrance from the terrace into large, bright sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, fireplace a stone wall on one side giving much character to the room. Apartment has large open kitchen with tiled sink, large fridge/freezer, 5 gas rings, electric oven and dishwasher. Lovely double bedroom. Spacious bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and wc and second door out to the terrace.
