The farmhouse lies at a height of about 200 meters above sea level near the medieval towers of San Gimignano: it is one of the most beautiful country villas in the area. A country villa with adjoining farm and farm holidays centre ready to welcome you to a pleasant holiday in a splendid park surrounded by hills silver with olive groves, green with vineyards and marked with superb cypresses through the foliage of which you can see the towers of San Gimignano.
Accommodation offers 3 very comfortable and attractive apartments. The apartments are with bedroom and living room, each of which with an independent entrance and garden fitted out for the open air life. A refreshing swimming pool with an unusual half-moon shape is at your disposal in the heart of the splendid park with century’s old trees.
All the apartments of the farmhouse, named respectively Il Fienile, I Ghiri and Padronale, have 2 bedrooms, a dining/living room with fireplace and Sat TV and a typical fully equipped Tuscan kitchen.
The farm produces more types of exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
There is a demanding mtb course marked by the tourist board that you may try on a mountain bike or on foot. For lovers of horse riding there is a handy riding centre just 4 kilometers away which organizes riding excursions.
The accommodation is situated on great position to explore other Tuscan destinations: San Gimignano 7 km, Volterra 20 km, Siena 30 km and Florence 45 km.

The ancient celebration will be held in the small medieval village of Montisi. It is a festivity with music, theatre and cultural and historic medieval activities.
On Saturday on 17 May, it is possible to visit some on the Florence museums for free during the evening.
Rooms
It is the ideal apartment for 2 couples or familiy, 2 bedrooms, a double and a double with twin beds, with their own in-suite bathroom (hydromassage and steam bath in the 1st double).
Dining/living room open to the fully equipped kitchenette. At the ground level, in a reserved area of the common lawn, there is a gazebo with table and chair for "al fresco" living.
Apartment has a lovely view on the towers of San Gimignano.
On the ground floor a large lounge with working fireplace and TV is separated by a beatiful stone archway from the dining room which has a fitted kitchenette with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and filter coffee maker. There is also a small bathroom with w.c.
A stone stairway leads up to the first floor with double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 kids, one younger than 12) and a bathroom decorated with "Vietri" tiles with tub and separated shower.
There is also a wooden staircase leading up to a small gallery where you can retire and relax.
The apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family with 2 kids.
2 bedrooms, a double and a double with twin beds with their own in-suite bathroom, plus a living room thru which going to the classical Tuscany living room/kitchen.
There is also, communicating directly with the kitchen, a large veranda equipped with table and chairs that is the real "outdoor area" where to stay and eat at the beginning and the end of a summer day.
