It is a small and welcoming farmhouse situated on a small hill amongst vineyards and olive groves, close to the historical centre of San Gimignano (2km).

The historical origin is lost in the past; testimony recalls that here around 1200 AD a spotting tower stood amongst the chestnut trees being part of the city wall defenses. Over the centuries the old spotting tower has changed its actual use many times.

Today the Farmhouse is dedicated to tourist accommodation and farming activity with biological production of wine and extra virgin olive oil.

The apartments

The old watching tower is become the central part of this particular farmhouse that offers flats to rent.

Each flat has 2 independent accesses facing the courtyard and the large garden, independent heating and is marked with different colors that characterize the wall paint and the pieces of furniture. The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, little house appliances, dishwasher, 4 fires, fridge and freezer, oven, TV sat, iron, hairdryer, sofa, Wi-Fi area.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with double bed. The bathrooms are all equipped with shower.

All around the farmhouse there is a large garden with: swimming pool, solarium, barbecue and garden equipments.

From the large garden, there is a bird’s eye view from the central Apennine until the Chianti hills and the Towers of San Gimignano, which offers an unforgettable landscape.
