Located on a pretty hillside near Badia a Passignano, the Pratale estate receives its guests in two old manors, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan country side, with vineyards sloping gently down to wild shrubs, pines and cypress-trees.
The building has been completely restored and it is now divided into several independent apartments, all of which have a separate entrance and an open place in order to enjoy the quietness and the view of the landscape.
Accommodation is divided into 16 tasteful apartments of different sizes, restored and furnished according to the ancient style of the Tuscan countryside, respecting the architectural peculiarities of the period. The apartments are provided with individual heating and with all the facilities of modern comfort.
Outside, among the olive trees, guests have at their disposal a tennis-court, a bowling lane, a swimming pool, a payphone, a laundromat, mountain bikes, TV-sets and wide areas for common use.
The communal gardens, that surround the Farm, are spacious, with tables and chairs provided for each apartment, as well as a barbecue area.
The housekeepers are always in villa and can help you for any needs.
This country side accommodation is a pearl of the hospitality of the Chianti area divided into two different estates: Pratale and Fattoria Querceto (listed on Tuscanweb) connected with a country road of about 800 meters. The residential complex has a total of 22 independent apartments, tastefully furnished, that look out on the 2 swimming pools and on the vineyards of the valley below. The nearby Florence-Siena Highway gives easy access to Tuscany's artistic treasures. Near the accommodation are many nice restaurants that propose Tuscan cuisine.

The ancient celebration will be held in the small medieval village of Montisi. It is a festivity with music, theatre and cultural and historic medieval activities.
On Saturday on 17 May, it is possible to visit some on the Florence museums for free during the evening.
