Villa Petrischio
The Villa was built on the highest hill of Farneta and maintains the original architecture and characteristics from the beginning of the 19th century including the brick arches and oak beams in the ceilings.
The accommodation offers guests a pleasantly relaxing experience, after a walk in the park or a trip to visit the "pearls of the valley".
18 rooms named after mythological females are situated between the Villa and “Il Borgo” which has a Japanese atmosphere. All the rooms are decorated with precious designs and it's possible to sense the touch of local artisans of the 18th century, without forgetting modern equipment as LCD TV, hydro massage shower and minibar. All the rooms open up to the large green park and around the swimming pool there is natural terrace offering unforgettable views over Tuscany.
The Gardens
Pines and cypresses surround the Villa offering ample possibility for relaxing walks. Within the three hectare park there is a possibility to find many beautiful details as little fountain and a Japanese garden. From the swimming pool terrace it is possible to look at an inimitable sunset.
The Restaurant
At the edge of the swimming pool there is a restaurant, offers typical Tuscan plates from an extensive “à la carte” menu. At restaurant you can find 300 carefully selected wine labels.
Also, we have been organizing cooking courses, wine, olive and typical Tuscan products tasting.
Weddings
It is an ideal place to organize every kind of ceremonies. We can offer a private chapel, a high quality restaurant, irreproachable catering and refined receptions.
Conference services
We have a large wooden and glass gazebo with breathtaking panoramas of the valley and surrounding landscapes, this offers premises for 300 persons for ceremonies, meetings and congresses.
Villa lies in area where you can not only find the antique tastes of Tuscany, but also tastes of Umbria and Lazio.

The ancient celebration will be held in the small medieval village of Montisi. It is a festivity with music, theatre and cultural and historic medieval activities.
On Saturday on 17 May, it is possible to visit some on the Florence museums for free during the evening.
