
Villa is situated in the beautiful landscape of Panzano in Chianti and only 30km distance from Florence. The house has been renovated, maintaining the character of a private house with its cozy bedrooms and sitting rooms, furniture, paintings, books and romantic objects of the family past. It has 28 individually decorated rooms. Each of rooms has a unique character, with antique furniture, old prints on the walls, brightly-colored spreads and terracotta floors.
Rooms are in the main Villa or in renovated cottages and barns and some of have their own terrace. Two rooms have an historical character. One was Maria Bianca Viviani Della Robbia’s room, which has kept its original furniture. The other is located in the tower, overlooking the vineyards, with 16th century tapestries. The rooms have not been equipped with TVs, however, there is a TV lounge in the common areas.
Common Areas, Drawing rooms and Lounges of Villa offers a number of rooms for you to relax, read or write. On autumn days, during the grape harvest, guests can sit by one of the two fireplaces. You can also gather at the bar and help themselves at any time. Internet services available.
The tennis court has a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside and tennis table is also available. Sports In addition to tennis and swimming guests can go golfing 19km from Villa Le Barone. It is possible to rent mountain bikes to discover the magnificent Tuscan countryside. Other local activities include markets experience, visit Impruneta’s terracotta factories, olive picking (usually in October). They also organize activities such as Art & Gardens workshop, sightseeing and excursions, concerts and local events, cooking courses (on demand), wine tasting, a visit to nearby wineries and every 2 weeks, they organizes free wine tasting on its premises.
Villa is open from Easter to 31st October.
