Exclusive 18th century Florentine Villa is located in Londa, just 45 minutes from Florence in the Tuscany countryside; it is a short drive or train ride away from many of Italy’s key destinations.

It comfortably sleeps 14 people with 7 bedrooms and 7 baths. Beautifully tiled floors, fireplaces, antique furnishings, arched doorways, gracious suites, porcelain and stone bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, balconies and shuttered windows with views of the surrounding hills punctuate the spaces.

Private swimming pool is open from May to September and Villa is well equipped with a host of other conveniences: telephone, satellite TV, outdoor sound system for party around garden and pool, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oversized refrigerators, three modern kitchens, ice maker, wood-burning pizza oven in original working kitchen, balconies and patios, ten acres of gardens and fruit tree groves.

Activities offer: wine tour, cooking classes, painting and art classes.

Special services: maid service, cooking service, professional Chef to make your Tuscan vacation one you’ve dreamed about, wine tasting at own "Enoteca" (wine bar), a private chef to cook for you on-site, and winery tours through the world famous Chianti area, a wedding or event planner and regional cooking classes in our own 18th century kitchen upon request.

Wine tasting The Villa’s Wine bar is on the Villa grounds. A vast selection of Tuscan wines: from Chianti to Brunello to Sangiovese and more awaits you. Crunchy breads and delicate pates are served.

Weddings and special events The Villa will make your wedding day dreams come true in a spectacular Tuscan setting. Marry in the gardens and honeymoon in our gracious suites and elegant rooms. Our staff is prepared to make every detail as special as the moment itself.

Cooking lessons The Villa boasts three kitchens: two on the main floors well-stocked and modern, one with a fireplace and both with dishwashers. The third, the original kitchen, is set up for cooking classes. It has a working, wood-burning pizza oven, and vast spaces to comfortably spread out, learn and work. Our chefs and interpreters will teach you the traditions of Tuscan cooking with the best local ingredients and recipes, or just prepare and serve a feast for your friends and family upon request.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Rates are based on four different seasons, and on the number of guests.
