Borgo Dolciano
The elegant 18th century villa is situated 3 km far from the Etruscan town of Chiusi, in one of the most interesting complex for agritourism holiday homes in Tuscany.
All apartments surrounded by a warm atmosphere have bathroom, a wide living-rooms, fireplaces, kitchen and some of them have the terraces with nice wiev.
All around the complex there is a huge secular park at the exclusive use of our guests and also a swimming pool, private parking, tennis court (free to use) and barbecue. At your disposal also a flowery garden with tables and umbrellas. This is the ideal place to spend your vacations in true relax among nature, culture, good wine and food.
Prices include expenses for water, light, gas, weekly linen change for bath and bed. Final cleaning to be paid on spot 10 Euro per person - max 50 Euro per apartment. Heating is 15 Euro per day for the apartments Type A, 20 Euro per day for the apartments Type B.
Borgo Dolciano is the ideal solution for those who wish to take a peaceful holiday, immersed in the typical atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside between the gentleness of its green landscape and the restful silence of its hills. Near the property are three picturesque Lakes, the smaller of Chiusi and Montepulciano and the famous Trasimeno. The famous town of Montepulciano is only a few km far from Borgo Dolciano. It's a beautiful old town where you may enjoy yourself discovering all the extraordinary gourmet world, taste the different excellent kind of local wines and other, from products like olive oil, honey and wine.

The ancient celebration will be held in the small medieval village of Montisi. It is a festivity with music, theatre and cultural and historic medieval activities.
On Saturday on 17 May, it is possible to visit some on the Florence museums for free during the evening.

TYPE B: for 4 2 Persons, 70-130 sq meters. Ground floor with independent entrance and garden: living room with double sofa-bed and kitchen corner 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower or bathtub. Apartments at first floor with two bedrooms, a wide living-room, the 'Plutone' with kitchen in the corner, two terraces (one is about 40 sq.meters), fireplaces and one bathroom . The apartment 'Sfinge' has two bedrooms , two bedrooms , living-room , kitchen . The Sfinge is an elegant and spacious apartment that can accommodates 6 people. These last two apartments are very close to the villa.
