Traditional stone villa located in a little and calm village in Lima's Valley at 10 minutes to Bagni di Lucca, completely restructured, with cotto floors and rustic rooms. The house, for on side enclosed in the village with an ancient private court, in the other side there is a beautiful landscape over the Lima's Valley and the mountains around.

The house (about 160 m2) is composed of two floors and can sleep a total of 7 guests. At first floor there are the income, the kitchen with fireplace, dinning room and another little hall.

At second floor there are 2 bedrooms doubles, 1 bedroom with 2 singles beds, a big bathroom with tub and near a big room for storage. Outside the house, at first floor there is a terrace in stone, down of this, there is a big garden and pergola where is possible to enjoy a beautiful sight over the Valley and the sun.

Inside the house there are: sat-TV, heating, fire place, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture’s, crib and more.

There are many sport facilities and activities that can be practiced staying at Buonamici's House; Swimming pools with thermal water at 7 km (Also a beautiful river). Paragliding school that give the opportunity to fly over the hill and the mountains of "Prato Fiorito", either alone or in tandem with an authorized instructor at 15 km. Kayaking and rafting in the water a under the wonderful Devil's Bridge.

Hill-walking, trekking and mountain-bike directly from the property, also in the ancient Apennine roads, used in the past to transport goods.

Fishing in many authorized lakes or river, Tennis in the village at 7 km, Golf course about 35 km, Horse back scouring in the local mule tracks and Thermal spas of Bagni di Lucca at 7 km.
